I've had hotpots from many places but not one that is on a conveyor belt and your protein are delivered by a food train. The servers were very helpful and explained everything to us. This was our first time going so we didn't know the procedure. There's a variety of veggies noodles mushrooms you. As the conveyor belt goes by just grab whatever you like to put in your bowl of broth as it cooks.
Each person has their own burner and pot of soup (they have four broths to choose from). We arrived around 5:30 and were seated immediately. My wife and I had dinner here Saturday, Apr 29th. Pretty solid individual hotpot spot, I only wish it was closer to Chinatown/inner loop! $18.99 is a decent lunch price for all-you-can-eat hotpot, there's quite a bit to choose from.
